DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of the products/services ("Product/Products") listed below, including instances where the BUYER (Consumer) places an order on the hanezza.com e-commerce website ("WEBSITE") using the application on their mobile device. It outlines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the Product/Products. The price and costs of the ordered Product(s) will be charged using the chosen payment method after the BUYER confirms this Agreement on the WEBSITE.

Article 2: SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT, PRICE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
The details of the Products (goods/services), quantity, brand/model/color, unit price(s), sales price, payment information, and the delivery address provided by the BUYER are as follows. If the delivery company does not have a branch in the BUYER's location, the BUYER must collect the package from another nearby branch, to be notified by the SELLER. (The BUYER will be informed via email/SMS or phone call.) Other delivery-related details are described in Article 7 of this Agreement.
