To provide you with better and faster service regarding product returns, the necessary conditions are listed below;
If any of these conditions are not met, the product return will not be accepted.
You can return or exchange products purchased from our website through our stores or our authorized shipping partner.
FREE RETURN AND EXCHANGE VIA SHIPPING COMPANY:
For return and exchange requests, products sent to our company address shown on the invoice must be sent to MNG Cargo branches under the name HANEZZA TEKSTİL SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş.
Otherwise, your package will not be accepted by our company, and the shipping company will issue a return receipt to the sender, including all shipping costs.
Packages sent with a different name or customer code, and any resulting costs, are not the responsibility of our company.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Shipping costs for shipments made outside of MNG Cargo are the responsibility of the sender, and shipments without payment will not be accepted.
Please inform the shipping company that the recipient is HANEZZA TEKSTİL SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş. and that payment is COD, and do not pay any shipping fees.
If the shipping company asks you for shipping fees, do not hand over the package and contact our customer service.
In such cases, if you pay the shipping fee, it is not refundable.
THE PRODUCT INVOICE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE PRODUCT FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT THE INVOICE, AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
You can return the product you have received within thirty (30) days of the delivery date, unopened/undamaged/unmodified, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
Please return the product by filling out the return form located at the bottom of the product invoice.
Inspect any packages you believe may have been damaged during shipping in front of the shipping company representative.
If any damage is found on the product, do not accept the product and have a record made by the shipping company.
Remember that by accepting the product, you acknowledge that the shipping company fulfilled its obligations.
Returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged, or otherwise altered are not accepted.
In cases where any opening, damage, breakage, destruction, tearing, use, or other issues are detected on the product or packaging, and the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return, and the payment will not be refunded.
If the customer returns the product or cancels the purchase, the product amount will be refunded within ten (10) days of receipt of the returned product, if the return complies with the return and exchange conditions.
Bank transfer/EFT refunds will be processed within three (3) business days, and credit card refunds within seven (7) business days.
Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day.
Our company is not responsible for this, and you should contact your bank's credit card service.
After the "Order Cancelled" message appears for your order, the entire amount will be refunded to your credit card or the bank account you used for the bank transfer/EFT.
In installment sales, refunds are reflected as a credit balance on your credit card each month by your bank.
Returns are not accepted for overseas shipments due to customs regulations.
