What is the return period and conditions?
You can return unused and resalable products unconditionally within 14 days of the delivery date. Products must have their tags attached and must not be deformed.
Who pays for the return shipping fee?
When exercising your right of withdrawal, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the BUYER (Customer) . To process your return at a more affordable rate, you can request our contracted shipping code and send your package using this code at the shipping branch.
How do I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS. You can click this link or track your package's status in real time from the "My Account > My Orders" menu on our website.
How should I wash trench coats and jackets?
We do not recommend machine washing our plus-size outerwear products (especially jackets and trench coats) to avoid damaging the padding structure and shape. To ensure your products last longer, please choose dry cleaning only.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund process begins once the returned product reaches our warehouse and is approved by our quality control team. The amount reflecting on your card may take 3-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing procedures.
