Return Period and Conditions:
You can return your product within 30 days from the date you received it. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges cannot be made after 30 days.

The product to be returned must be unused and in the original packaging in which it was received.

Products That Cannot Be Returned:
The following product categories cannot be returned:

• Perishable items (food, flowers, newspapers or magazines)
• Underwear or hygienic products
• Products containing hazardous substances or flammable liquids or gases
• In addition, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care products cannot be returned.

Return Procedure:
You will need your proof of purchase or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please do not send the product back to us and not to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds are only available in certain cases:

• Books with traces of use
• Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape or vinyl record
• Products that are damaged, missing or not in their original condition other than product defect
• Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date

Delayed or Missing Refunds:

Discounted Items:
Only regularly priced items can be returned, unfortunately discounted items cannot be returned.

Exchanges:
We only replace defective or damaged products. If you would like to apply for exchange, please email hanezzaxl@gmail.com adre and send the product to: Mehmet Nesih Özmen Mah. Cınar St. No:33 Güngören, 34173 Istanbul, Turkey.

Gift:
If the item is marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will give you gift credit when it is eligible for return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the product is not marked as a gift or if the gift giver sent you the order later, a refund will be made to the gift giver when the return is processed.
